Young women are problem-solvers, innovators, and change makers in the various aspects of their lives and for them to achieve their full potential, there is a need to grow their potential through empowering trainings, mentorship and coaching. Zamara Foundation is committed to growing the feminist movement by building a constituency of young women and adolescents leaders who are passionate about challenging inequalities and advocating for gender justice and reproductive rights. The feminist leadership programme is the first crucial step in movement building where feminist consciousness raising and collective action is nurtured through the annual intersectional feminist leadership institute.
